JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-02-2016 The Secretary of Bihar School Examination Board has already directed the District Education Officer, Supaul vide Letter No.8041 dated 29.12.2015 to conduct an enquiry and submit a report to enable the Board to take a decision.

The District Education Officer, Supaul must complete the enquiry and furnish the report to the Examination Board within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order. The Bihar School Examination Board thereafter may be by giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned pass final order with regard to the constitution of the Governing Body within a period of six weeks thereafter.
