JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the petitioner showed torch light while the daughter of the informant was answering call of nature on 19.08.2015 at 6.30 P.M.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case is a counter blast to the earlier case filed by the petitioner against the prosecution side in which he alleged that the prosecution side assaulted him on the ground that he misbehaved with his family members.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioner be
