The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondent authorities: (i) For quashing of order dated 15.10.2012 issued by the Collector, Jehanabad in Case No. 33/D.M./ 2012. (ii) For quashing of order dated 26.04.2012 contained in memo no. 674, issued by the District Programme Officer, Jehanabad in Misc. Case No. 02/2012-13.

(iii) For direction to respondent authorities for engagement of the petitioner upon the earlier post

Patna High Court CWJC No.16613 of 2015(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 upon which she was working as Anganbari Sevika in Aganbari Centre Mandil 'B', Code No. 90 of DistrictJehanabad."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
