In view of the provisions available at Chapter VII of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act, 1950 which deals with the property of the trust as well as the removal of the encroachment therefrom, we allow the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy so available in law.

With the observations above, we dispose of the writ petition.
