2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners are having an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the Ombudsman under Section 42(6) of the Electricity Act, 2003. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Ombudsman within a period of four

Patna High Court CWJC No.7105 of 2025(5) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 weeks from today against the order dated 05.02.2024/05.02.2025 (Annexure P/5). If any such application/representation/complaint is filed before the concerned authority, the same shall be considered on merits and necessary orders passed strictly in accordance with law.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
