The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Laxmi Ram and the petitioners along with others came on the plot on which the informant was constructing his house. Laxmi Ram demanded extortion of Rs. 1 lakh.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation against the petitioners. From the side of the petitioners Title Suit No. 54 of 2017 is pending. Proceeding under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was also pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26419 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 between the parties. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. On account of land dispute this case has been lodged. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity, Patna in Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
