The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 17, 22, 27, 27(A), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. He submits that co-accused has been granted the privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26171 of 2019 on 09.05.2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 20844 of 2019 on 26.06.2019. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.03.2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
