For the reliefs claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner submits that he had already filed a representation before the District Collector, Bhojpur (Annexure3) and the same is still pending and has not been decided. The petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued for disposing of the said pending representation within a fixed time frame.

3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents-State has no objection.

4. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, the

Patna High Court CWJC No. 6658 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 present writ application is disposed of directing the District Collector, Bhojpur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2024 (Annexure-3) within two months from the date of production of copy of this order after hearing the petitioner. The said order shall be a reasoned and speaking order.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
