For the Petitioner/s : Mr. ANIRUDH KUMAR VERMA For the Respondent/s : Mr. TEJ BAHADUR SINGH =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-08-2015 The petitioner has moved this Court challenging the order dated 28.12.2012, passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Aurangabad, by which his P.D.S. license has been cancelled.
In my view, the petitioner should avail the alternative remedy of appeal.
In case, an appeal is filed within six weeks from today, the delay in filing the same would be condoned, as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
This application stands disposed of.
