The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in Complaint Case No.40 of 2013 (Registered No.3603/14) registered for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Acquisition is of torturing the complainant O.P.No.2 by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and removing her from her matrimonial house snatching her belongings.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22755 of 2019(6) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 complainant O.P.No.2 and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
