That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to grant additional pay for discharging additional duties the petitioner of independent and sanctioned posts and also for direction to absorb the petitioner as Guest Office Assistant cum Computer Operator (Clerk) as well petitioner may not disturbed from fractioning as

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
