Misc. No. 55451 of 2007, which was dismissed on 07.05.2012 for noncompliance of Court's order dated 02.09.2011 to take fresh steps for service of notice upon O.P. No.2 through ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D within time. The reasons stated in the restoration application and the submissions made in support thereof are sufficient to allow the application.

Accordingly, this restoration application is allowed and the Cr. Misc. No. 55451 of 2007 is restored to its original file, subject to compliance of order dated 02.09.2011 within two weeks from today.
