The only grievance of the petitioner is that

Patna High Court CWJC No.10687 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 his representation is pending before the Respondent No. 2 regarding his claim pertaining to payment of incentive under Clause 2A of the Agreement, which may be directed to be disposed off.

In such view of the matter, we hereby dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to look into the matter and if he comes to a conclusion that the matter falls within the ambit of Clause 2A of the agreement, he shall pass consequential orders, forthwith.

If any admitted outstanding dues are found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid forthwith.
