Mr.Choubey Jawahar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 256/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 401, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that during vehicle checking the petitioner along with other co-accused tried to run away seeing the police party but on chase they were apprehended. From their possession three motorcycles were recovered. It is alleged that petitioner was found sitting on the motorcycle bearing Registration No. JH13B 5878 as pillion rider. Driver of the aforesaid motorcycle was Mukul Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24783 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 the other co-accused has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 76862/2018 dated 10.01.2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 256/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
