JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 The instant modification petition has been filed for extension of time for further two weeks to surrender in the court below by the petitioner who has already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.11049 of 2016 by order dated 18.04.2016. Accordingly, two weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below, i.e., Shri A.K.Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.Case No.221 of 2014 from the date of receipt/ production of this order.

The instant petition is disposed of to the aforesaid extent only.
