JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the order dated 08-10-2013 that this court had directed the court below to release the petitioner on provisional bail in the event of his arrest or surrender and in the light of aforesaid order dated 08-10-2013, the petitioner has already surrendered and has been released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bonds. Therefore, in my view, the petitioner should seek regular bail before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2004 within three weeks from today and if, the petitioner does so, the learned court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31365 of 2013 (9) dt.29-06-2015 2/2 shall pass appropriate order on regular bail application of the petitioner without being prejudiced by this order. This petition is accordingly, disposed off.
