The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been lodged only to wreck vengeance on the petitioner due to the land dispute. It is submitted that ten days after the occurrence, the boy himself appeared and gave statement in which he has named the petitioner.
Considering the nature of allegation made and that now the victim boy has returned, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32416 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 P2/2 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran) in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
