The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 640 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.11.2018. He further submits that petitioner was apprehended by the police while he was plying the stolen motorcycle and other similarly circumstanced co-accused namely Dharmendra Kumar and Ajay Kumar have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is remained in custody for more than four
