2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 452, 427, 308, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., the allegation against petitioner is that he assaulted husband of the informant by means of iron rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature.

4. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R., against whom, there is specific allegation that after entering the house of informant, he assaulted the family members of informant including her

5. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
