This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Garkha P.S. Case No.520 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 354(B), 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased who died two days after the occurrence.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he had assaulted the victim with sword but in the postmortem report the injuries are found to have been caused by the hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2025. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra / concerned Court below, in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.520 of 2023.
