The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No.406 of 2021 arising out of Ayar P.S. Case no. 23 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Since recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the public place and the petitioner has clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

The petitioner will visit Ayar Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
