The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Andar (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of paragraph 55 of the case diary and medical prescription, it appears that the deceased died in course of treatment and she was treated in several Hospitals. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
