BAJANTHRI) 09-04-2024 The present petition is filed for modification of the order dated 19.12.2019 passed in CWJC No. 25467 of 2019.

2. Modification petition could be entertained if there are any typographical error. On the other hand, there is an initial error committed in the writ petition on behalf of the petitioner insofar as referring to Respondent No. 3 & 4 "Collector District of Munger at Munger". Similarly, "Superintendent of Police, District - Khagaria at Khagaria" should have been Munger. It is an initial defect in the writ petition, therefore, this Court cannot rectify the order dated 19.12.2019 passed in CWJC No. 25467 of 2019 unless and until original writ petition filed by the petitioner is amended appropriately. Therefore, the present MJC

Patna High Court MJC No.1057 of 2020(5) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 No. 1057 of 2020 is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 1057 of 2020 stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file review application in accordance with law.
