Case N. 16 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3(i)(r)(s) and 3(2) (va) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, pending in the court of learned Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (SC/ST), Bettiah, West Champaran.
