JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Gorelal Yadav alleged that a dispute took place between his children and the children of the petitioner, who were playing. The informant's wife and daughter tried to pacify the occurrence. Being aggrieved, Raunak Devi, wife of the petitioner, alleged to have poured Acid on the prosecution side causing injuries. It is alleged that the petitioner thereafter also threw the remaining Acid.

The petitioner submits that his wife Raunak Devi has been granted regular bail. He further submits that even Kaushlaya Devi, wife of the informant, stated that the petitioner was not present at the time of the occurrence. Even some more witnesses

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43682 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2 / 2 have also supported the aforesaid fact.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case no. 62 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
