JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihargama P.S. Case No. 242 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3515 of 2017) registered for offences under sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the petitioner and his associates compelled the victim to remove fault of a 11000 volt electric line and forcibly asked him to make necessary removal of the fault and threatened that if he will not do the same, he will be killed and, on this threat, the victim scaled on the pole but, he touched with the electric wire and got burn injury. Treatment was made at different placed but, later on, he died.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18932 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Barmi Yadav @ Brahamdeo Yadav is rejected.
