This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 26.08.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Bochahan (N.D.P.S.) Case No. 58 of 2015, by which he has refused to release the vehicle i.e. Bolero Jeep bearing Registration No. BR-05PA/1152.
Considering that there is no dispute with regard to ownership of the vehicle, the revision application is allowed and the order dated 26.08.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Bochahan (N.D.P.S.) Case No. 58 of 2015 is, hereby, set aside. The Court below is directed to release the vehicle in favour of the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order after due verification of his identity and paper on fixing such conditions as he may deem fit and proper.
