This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 731 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
