2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 25.06.2014 passed in Sessions Trial No.84 of 2014, arising out of Dewaria P.S. Case No.88 of 2011, whereunder the court of the 2nd Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, rejected the application of the accused-petitioners filed under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for discharge.

3. From perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35508 of 2014 dt.11-04-2017 2/2 interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
