This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 30(A), 37(B), 37© of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 and Section 272 and 273 of the IPC.

Some persons were arrested along with liquor and some recovery was made from the field and the petitioner is said to have kept it here.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No. 259 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
