2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai Halsi P.S. Case No. 5802018240376/2024 for the offences under section 137(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act, later on added under section 96 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita Act 2023.

3. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant, aged about 17 years, went to school, but she didn't return till late in the evening.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Her age could not be determined in her statement under Section 183 of B.N.S.S. The victim's age has been assessed by the Magistrate as 17 years. She did not support the prosecution case rather she has stated that her mother wanted to solemnize her marriage, to which she was not agree, and she protested.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Halsi P.S. Case No. 5802018240376/2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
