The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing has been alleged against the petitioners. There is specific allegation against co-accused Sanjay Yadav and Shekhar Yadav. Further submission is that final form has already been submitted. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
