The present petition has been filed to renew the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner which was earlier rejected vide order dated 04.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48771 of 2023 with an observation to conclude the trial expeditiously.

In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of the trial has been received which has been kept at Flag-T. The report of learned Additional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29720 of 2024(3) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 District & Sessions Judge-III, Vaishali at Hajipur dated 21.05.2024 suggests that trial will be concluded within six months.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned Court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within stipulated period of time as mentioned in its report 21.05.2024.

The petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months.
