This matter relates to selection of petitioner as constable who has applied but could not be selected. Reason has been assigned in paragraph 14 of the counter affidavit that petitioner has applied under Backward Class Female Non Home Guard category candidate and she obtained 132 marks whereas cut off marks for B.C. Female category was 135 marks. She was much below of cut off

Patna High Court CWJC No.13048 of 2013 (3) dt.20-10-2016 mark and on that ground she could not be selected. In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U
