Aggrieved by the impugned order by which the learned court below has turned down the prayer on behalf of the petitioner for marking the two documents in evidence, the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed. After considering the submissions and perusal of the impugned order, it transpires that the petition has been filed by the petitioner for marking the two documents in evidence at the stage when the matrimonial case was fixed for argument. The learned court below has taken into notice the conduct of the petitioner in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14354 of 2014 dt.17-10-2016 making the prayer belatedly and has exercised its discretion in not allowing the prayer, as made, by the petitioner in his petition. This Court, therefore, has not been persuaded to interdict the impugned order.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
