2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 447, 323, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 257 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated owing to village politics. The injury is simple in nature. The accusation of taking away of Rs.2200/- and the golden earring is against other accused persons.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be
