2. The present application has been preferred: for issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) commanding the respondents 1 set to remove the encroachment on the land-inquestion of the Petitioner the bonafide raiyat

Patna High Court CWJC No.5827 of 2026(2) dt.04-05-2026 2/2 and further be pleased to direct the circle Officer - Respondent No. 4 to implement the order dated 31.10.2023 forthwith passed by the DCLR Jagdishpur - Respondent No. 3 in BLDR Case NO. 23/2023-24 against the Respondents 2nd set and also direct the District Magistrate Respondent No. 2 and the DCLR Respondent No. 3 to monitor and insure compliance of the said order and take disciplinary action against the erring Officers who have willfully failed to implement the same.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jagdishpur, Bhojpur (respondent no. 3) for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if the proper petition is filed, it will be taken to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent who shall be noticing/hearing and disposing of the petition if it is filed in next four weeks.
