JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

2. The petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer within Rajapakar Block in the district of Vaishali.

3. On certain allegations, the licensing authority directed the Block Supply Officer, Rajapakar to tag the petitioner's P.D.S. shop with any other P.D.S. shop in the block. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached the District Magistrate, Vaishali.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that no final order has been passed on his representation.

5. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4. It is stated in the counter affidavit that the petitioner has not distributed Antodya / B.P.L. food grains, rather the same has been sold in market.

6. In my view, if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali against the order of licensing authority dated 25.02.2013, he / she would dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. This application stands disposed of.
