JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks on resumption of physical mode. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of inflicting a blow of knife in the stomach of the informant causing injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing

The injuries are stated to be simple in nature. The petitioner is accused in one more criminal case as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran, in connection with Derni bazar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2022. The application stands allowed.
