The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Goraul P.S. Case No. 312 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 308 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant Chandra Sheela Devi with Pharsa and her husband. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the injury report, it would appear that Chandra Sheela Devi got one lacerated wound which is superficial in nature caused by hard and blunt object and her husband also got one lacerated wound that too caused by hard and blunt object. No injury caused by sharp edged weapon was found on the person of

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in Goraul P.S. Case No. 312 of 2015, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
