The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and has clean antecedent and prima facie it appears that she has no role in the crime, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
