2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 379, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the injury is simple in nature.

4. Considering that there is direct accusation against the petitioner and the co-accused Rajesh Kumar Singh of tying muffler around the neck of the informant and the injury report which appears to have been corroborated the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36344 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 accusation, as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
