Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections-302, 307, 323, 324, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that four persons are said to have been assaulted by a group of ten persons including the petitioner and those injuries have been found to be grievous, this Court would not be inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner only on the ground that there was some land dispute or counter case and some persons on the side of the petitioner had sustained injuries, inasmuch as, nothing

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
