2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 05.01.2025, seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the Court below again as the charge sheet had not been submitted in the case earlier where the prayer for bail was rejected by the District Court when the investigation was pending.

4. If the petitioner moves the Court below again, the Court below will examine the entire materials and discuss the
