JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 01.04.2017 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Birpur in Complaint Case No. 82 of 2017 whereby he has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 380, 452 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
