Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the present petitioner enticed away the minor sister of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that the she has solemnized marriage with the present petitioner with her own sweet will. She has apprised her age as 18 years to the court.

No.33797 of 2021(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 Considering these facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
