2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 120(B) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 449 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be the parents-in-law of the deceased and as a matter of fact the deceased died due to burn injury sustained during cooking. The husband of the deceased is already in custody.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the
