Petitioner submits that he has already obtained succession certificate from a competent court for getting the retrial dues.
Having regard to the aforesaid, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna, to take a decision in the matter of the petitioner in accordance with law if a representation is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order and necessary succession certificate and other relevant documents in
Patna High Court CWJC No.12742 of 2014 (2) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 support of his claim for payment of the retiral dues of Late Pramila Jha, who had died in harness on 9.1.2009 working as constable within a period of two months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. While doing he should also consider the claim of the petitioner who claims to be her adopted son.
