The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Makhdumpur P.S. Case no. 103/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447, 448, 504, 506, 323, 324, 307 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.

The grand father of the injured Subhash Kumar named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they all assaulted his grand son with fists, slaps and sticks. His grand son was lying by the side of Thikraur brick-kiln. It is submitted that some scuffle took place. Ashok Yadav, one of the accused persons also got stitch wound on his right palm. The doctor did not find any external injury on the person of Subhash Kumar, as the same appears from para 65 of the

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that Subhash Kumar is said to have been assaulted by the petitioner and others, but no injury was found, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 103/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
