Patna High Court CWJC No.4225 of 2015 dt.13-10-2015 2/2 ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-10-2015 After the Court took a grave view of the inaction on the part of the State Institute of Health and Public Welfare that a decision has now been finally taken and notified on 9.10.2015, a copy of which is Annexure- E to the supplementary counter affidavit of respondent no.3.
Service of the petitioners has been regularized under the said respondent and necessary orders are order no.244 and 245 dated 9.10.2015.
It is also significant to notice that such regularization has been made with effect from 14.7.2014 i.e. the date when they have resigned from the service of the State. Therefore, it goes without saying that petitioners, who have continued to work and render service under the said respondent, will derive benefit of salary etc. from the date of their regularization.
Both the writ applications stand disposed of in terms of the above.
